Shoulder length hair isn't time period for the 16th century so you'll have to improvise a little but I would do a lot of really big curls with as high of a bump as you can it on the top. Or if you have the time and the skills to do something more creative and time style, I'd do this. [link] It's not as vampire but if you could work it, it'll look great.
